Bellinellis boost is really nice. Should be an elite shooter this season.
Damn Mike Conley got a huge boost

Yessssss Conley is likely blue/blue now that’s exactly what I needed. Courtney Lee got back a lot of what he lost too. Has been Thabeet definitely up to green potential. Thank you!

Does SL increase potential as well as overall ratings??? It's a formula. If you increase any skill, overall increases as well. Of course, depends on which skills and what position. +10 in Rebounds could mean very little to an overall rating of Point Guard. And yes, potential can be increased since SL league is just an extra TC that players go through... Unless Cavs developed some new methods of brewing.

I don’t see how it’s possible for it NOT to be capable of increasing potential. If I send a guy who’s 114 overall 114 potential and he goes +60 skill points, that’s at least a +1 overall in probably any scenario, which would raise his potential since it’s never lower than a guy’s overall.

That’s good. I was thinking that development of potential only occurred in TC. Thanks.

The likely ways a player will increase their potential:
1. If player has maxed out in an area, especially an important area in relation to their skillset, and they received a boost in that area..that will increase both their actuals and potential. For example, let's say you have Tom Chambers sitting at a 75/75 in jumpshot and 75/75 in threes. He goes through summer league and gets a +10 in each, that will bump him up to 85/85 for both categories. Anytime the actual rating exceeds the potential rating, I bump up the potential rating too. This is what the commish was originally doing.
2. Boosts to the athletic categories, a simple +1 or +2 to quickness, jump, and/or strength. This is what actually pushed guys like Felton, Sessions, Pietrus once upon a time ago, etc. to the next color potential.
Without looking at the game, someone like Conley may become a blue level player due to #1's scenario. But for others, as Deputy said, a +10 in a pointless category depending on the player won't really sway the needle.

I think Jump skill adds to the final rating the most of all skills? I remember from my player creating days that a player can be "meh", but if you bump his jumping ability, his overall and potential goes through the roof.
I see a lot of GMs getting excited for no reason when they see blue colors when all there really is - is C's across the board and 75+ Jumping skill... Of course, jumpy players will score more points than same skilled player with a lower jumping skill.
Anyway. What Cavs said.

For example, let's say you have Tom Chambers sitting at a 75/75 in jumpshot and 75/75 in threes. I want Tom Chambers! He the prototype stretch 4 before it became a thing...
